Job Description: 
  • working specifically as a Business analyst in Digital distribution.
  • Primary expertise as a techno-functional resource.
  •  Experience to include data analysis, interpretation, research design and implementation and report writing.
  •  Must be experienced in translating business needs into research strategies and actionable recommendations.
  • Must have the ability to successfully manage and deliver multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Ability to express analytical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Advanced analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience with applying data analytics, statistics, and forecasting to business problems.
  • Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of data knowledge.
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and as an individual contributor.
  • Candidate should be capable of quickly building and strengthening relationships among senior level business decision makers, your team of distribution leaders within Technology, and external vendors to drive value and performance.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate behavioral/engagement, competitive, and demographic data into analysis and actionable insights.
  • Experience in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, and additional experience with data and analytics tools used in targeting methodologies.
  • Should have a deep knowledge of client-focused distribution solutions.
  • Should be adept in understanding requirements and serve as a translator from business to technology for team members and from technology to business for business partners.
  • Support the Enterprise Operation business units by acting in a functional capacity in all phases of the Project Life Cycle.
  • Should be capable of analysing and documenting relevant business processes.
  • Leads interviews with users to define requirements for enhancements
  • Define, document and review functional requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis.
  • Responsible for all facets of the User Acceptance Testing process.
  • Prepares and/or reviews end user documentation, training materials, curriculum and schedule
  • Provides a first line of post implementation support to users regarding functional issues.
